Skills and Abilities Required
Bachelor’s degree or higher
2+ years of HR experience, ideally within the retail industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong understanding of HR and recruitment best practices.
Superior writing and presentation skills
Knowledge of fundamental HR practices including employment law, compensation, hiring, performance management, coaching, and employee relations
