 Welcomes visitors to the Expo Dubai by greeting them , smiling with friendly attitude and providing professional service at all times.  Answering all phone enquiries in the manner directed by Senior Manager of Customer service.  Capturing all prospective client information in the Expo client database and undertaking outbound prospecting sales and leasing as required.  Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories and providing instructions.  Maintain security of Expo by following procedures of the company.  Manage Expo visitor parking by sending out parking requests for upcoming meetings, and ensure a pleasant parking experience for visitors.  Provide guests assistance with luggage, baby strollers, wheelchair when required.  Organizing and managing site tours as requested by the Expo team to ensure that all procedures are followed.  Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.  Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.  Organizing catering and special requirements for VIP meetings as requested by Expo team.  Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
