Following this intervention, a final exam result of 100% was achieved; representing an improvement of 55% over previous results. • Improved the trainees’ employability skills by including real-work situations through role-plays and simulation; this practical work helps the trainees practice workplace skills such as negotiation, presentation, selling, and teamwork skills • Designed effective evaluations and rubrics that assessed comprehension based on program-stated outcomes. • Monitored the trainees’ performance using different methods like reviewing the reports of the on-job-training, following and updating the individual learning plans, and evaluating the progress report of the learning management system • Created revision materials which included accommodations for non-native English-speaking students, which improved results by 30%. • Prepared learners to organize and facilitate an insurance sales event where they would apply interpersonal and sales techniques; trainees achieved a final success rate of 100%.
